Today was Bread day. I actually have my last few loaves baking in the oven right now, and boy do they smell good. Fresh, homemade bread is a weakness of mine. When I woke up this morning I hopped onto the internet and logged on to the King Arthur Website, and looked for a few recipes. Chocolate Banana Bread Pudding
My mother is notorious for buying extra bread that no one will ever eat and then putting it in the freezer with the hopes that maybe someday someone will use it. And I would have to say that I’m guilty of putting over ripe bananas in the freezer repeatedly saying that eventually I will make banana bread out of them. Guess you could say it runs in the family.
