Vegan oats

My typical breakfast consists of a Vega protein shake with flax milk. Glamorous, I know. Today I felt like switching it up! I was craving some oats… who craves oats? Me I guess. Here is my Instagram worthy breakfast along with a quick recipe!

This can easily be made “non vegan” by adding regular milk and chocolate chips.

Peanut butter chocolate oats

Bring 2 cups of soy milk to a boil

Add 2 tablespoons of PB a dash of salt a dash of vanilla

Add 1.5cups of oats

Stir until thick

Garnish with flax seeds and chocolate chips

Enjoy!
